Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FIT NEST, K.K. (operating as office-canard, “we,” “us”) handles information in our mobile game applications distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including must be one and our other office-canard titles (the “Games”).

1. Information we collect

Our Games are designed to be played without an account. If you choose to sign in — through Google Play Games Services on Android, or Google Sign-In on iOS — we receive and process the following, solely to save and restore your progress:

• Google account identifier — a unique ID that lets us recognize your account.
• Display name — the name associated with your Google profile.
• Profile image reference — the URL of your Google profile picture, used only to show it in-game.
• Game progress — your in-game progress (for example, your highest reached stage), stored so it can be restored on your other devices (“cloud save”).

The sign-in process may make your email address visible to us, but we do not store it. We do not collect your contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, or any payment information through the Games.

2. How we use information

• To sign you in via Google Play Games Services (Android) or Google Sign-In (iOS).
• To save your game progress to your account and restore it across your devices.

We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Sign-in is provided by Google LLC, through Google Play Games Services on Android and Google Sign-In on iOS; your use of those services is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers solely to operate the cloud-save feature.

4. Advertising and analytics

The Games contain no third-party advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account record and saved progress until you ask us to delete them. Signing out removes your session token from our servers. To delete your stored account data and game progress, email contact@aibs.jp and we will delete it within a reasonable period.

6. Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

7. Children

Our Games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
